We gave Bill our budget and he hustled to find us a handful of properties that hit the nail right on the head. But it wasn't until he showed us one we hadn't seen before that we knew we'd found our home sweet home. When my family was searching for a property, Bill took us to some unfinished projects by Ballena Homes. We saw a house being built with pre-cast concrete walls, and I was blown away. I asked a million questions and was convinced that's how I wanted my home built.

Bill was a great help during the design process, collaborating with the architect and engineer to bring our vision to life. And boy did he school us on all the zone-specific building nuances unique to Costa Rica!

Positioning our house to take advantage of air flow was key, and Bill was not shy in guiding us with a ton of small yet critical details.

Once construction began, Bill was on site at least once a day. The architect and engineer made weekly appearances too. But the best part? We had ZERO problems and the house was completed ahead of schedule. A true dream team!

Thanks to Bill and his super helpful crew, we're now living our best lives in our amazing new home.
